Supportive Housing

Home is not where you live, but where they understand you”

– Christian Morganstern

We value community, creating linkages and partnerships for resources that assist families to become stable, children to live in nurturing environments and individuals to become more productive citizens.

The Dayspring housing program is unique in linking rental assisted housing, substance abuse treatment, and support services.   Our continuum of care begins for a family in early recovery as they enter Dayspring Square transitional housing.  Services include substance abuse treatment, case management, children’s services, health education, and other intensive services.   Upon successful program completion, families may move to Dayspring’s permanent, supportive housing to prepare them for independent re-entry as productive community residents.

Our professional staff includes a Housing Program Director and a multidisciplinary team of Case Managers, Addictions Counselor, Mental Health Counselor, Children’s Program Director, Community Health Nurse and Housing Coordinator who comprehensively address individual needs.  Staff makes referrals to community resources, assisting families to connect to main stream resources.
